Finding balance and going back to business after summer can be challenging. If you would like to find a routine again after the summer, take time to figure out what your body and mind require in the new situation and get back to your practice again, we warmly invite you to join us for our 7-Day Finding Balance Challenge!


Starting Monday, 20th September, we have prepared a challenge that is meant to bring more awareness to the topic of balance and help your body and mind feel more balanced. 

Every morning, we will practice for 45 minutes, starting at 07:30 on Monday-Friday and at 09:00 on Saturday & Sunday. If the time doesn't suit you, you can book a recording of the lesson instead!
